4C-4090 Accessory Kit 1 Weights of bottom guards are between 55 kg (120 lb) and 130 kg (280 lb). Bottom guards may contain 90 kg (200 lb) of loose rock, dirt, liquids and debris.

Use tool (A) and a wood block to support the front bottom guard.
Remove two nuts (1) and the washers.
Remove six bolts (2). Remove the front bottom guard from the machine.

Use tool (A) to support bottom guard (6).

Remove hinge pin (5) with washers (3) and cotter pin (4).
Remove the four washers and nuts (7). Remove bottom guard (6).

Remove the four washers and nuts (17) and remove rear bottom guard (16). Installation Procedure
Install the bottom guards (6), (12), and (16) in the reverse order of removal.
