Use Tooling (A) and install bushings (20).

Install shaft (6), plate (18), and loosely tighten bolts (19).

Install thrust washer (16) and bolt (17).

Install cover (14) and bolts (15).

Install spacer (12) and loosely tighten bolts (13).

Fully close plate (18) and tighten bolts (13). Tighten bolts (19) to a torque of 15 3 N m (133 27lb in).
Install nut (8) and boot (9). Tighten nut (9) to a torque of 200 20 N m (148 15lb ft).
Install linkage assembly (11) and bolt (10). Note: Final adjustment of linkage assembly (11) is required to insure that in the closed position plate (18) does not touch the housing. With plate (18) touching the housing in the closed position and the actuator fully extended, shorten the length of this link by turning the rod 2/3 of a turn and lock into place.

Install lever (7) onto shaft (6). Tighten bolt (5).

Apply Tooling (B) to the threads of bolts (3) and bolts (4).
Install bolts (3), bolts (4), bellows (1), bellows (2), and the gaskets. Tighten bolts (3) and bolts (4) to a torque of 50 10 N m (37 7lb ft). End By:
Install exhaust bypass.
