Locate the fill valve in the track roller frame and remove the inspection cover (A) .

Remove 190-8609 Fill Valve (C) from the track adjuster and recoil group.
Using a manual grease gun, clean the grease gun nozzle and inject clean grease into the fill valve (C) until to have clean grease out of fill valve.Note: If the cone of the 190-8609 Fill Valve (C) is damaged, replace the fill valve with the same part.
Clean the seat of the fill valve in the recoil group and install the fill valve back into the recoil group. Tighten fill valve (C) to 35 7 N m (26 5 lb ft).
Remove 2S-5926 Relief Valve (B) from the track adjuster and recoil group.Note: If the cone of the 2S-5926 Relief Valve (B) is damaged, replace the relief valve with the same part.
Clean the seat of the relief valve in the recoil group and install the relief valve back into the recoil group. Do not tight the relief valve.
Bleed the system by injecting grease into the fill valve until the grease comes out of the relief valve.
Tighten relief valve (B) to 35 7 N m (26 5 lb ft).
Continue to inject grease to tighten the tracks as required.
