Information:

1. Remove bolts (4) and rear panel (3). Remove bolts (1) and cover (2) on the left and right side. Remove nine bolts (5), then remove panel (6).2. Disconnect the wiring harness at terminals (9).
Steel plates can fall when the support assembly bolts are removed.
3. Hold the steel plate in location (7) and slowly remove bolts (8), then remove the steel plate. There is also a cable held in place with bolts (8) that must be disconnected at top and bottom of the right support.4. Remove the bolts at the bottom of the supports and disconnect the cable. Remove supports (10). 5. Remove handrail assembly (11) and (12) to give better access to the ROPS bolts when a long handle wrench is used. 6. Install three 5/8"-11 NC forged eyebolts in the holes in the top of the ROPS. Fasten tool (A) to the front eyebolt and a chain to the two rear eyebolts, then fasten the chain and tool (A) to a hoist. 7. Remove ten bolts (13) from each side of the ROPS. Make sure the cab door is open before the ROPS is removed. 8. Slowly lift ROPS (15) enough to clear air conditioning unit (14) at the top and enough to clear rear fender (16) at the bottom.9. Move ROPS to the rear of the machine to clear the cab. Move ROPS (15) to the side and off the machine. Weight of ROPS is 1700 lb. (771 kg).Install Roll-Over Protective Structure (ROPS)
Cab door must be in the open position. 1. Install three5/8"-11 NC forged eyebolts in the holes in the top of ROPS (1). Fasten tool (A) and a chain to the eyebolts and to a hoist. Put the ROPS into position on the machine.2. Make sure there is clearance between ROPS (1) and air conditioning unit (2) as it is put into position over the cab. 3. Install bolts (3) and spacers (4) in the ROPS and frame. Tighten the bolts and remove tool (A), the chain and the hoist. Tighten bolts to a torque of 800 100 lb.ft. (1085 135 N m). 4. Install support assemblies (5) on the ROPS crossbrace. Install bolts, lockwashers and spacers (8).5. Install plate (6) behind support (5) and in the groove (slot) on the operator's station. Install the bolt and lockwasher (7) to hold the plate to the support. 6. Connect ground wire (9) at the top of the support and at the bottom. 7. Connect the wiring harness in back of operator's station to the correct terminals (10). Terminals are color coded and must not be connected to the wrong terminal. 8. Install right side panel (11) and rear panel (12) to the operator's platform. Install cover (13), the bolts and washers.9. Install all handrails that were removed.
