1. Drain the hydraulic tank. The capacity is 143 U.S. gal. (541 litre). 2. Remove sheet assembly (1) from the right rear side of the machine. The weight is 85 lb. (39 kg). 3. Remove two bolts on the inside of the sheet assembly. Loosen bolts (2) and remove sheet assembly (3). The weight is 50 lb. (23 kg). 4. Fasten a hoist and remove the four bolts that hold panel assembly (4) in position. Remove panel assembly (4). The weight is 110 lb. (49.5 kg). 5. Remove ladder assembly (5) and step assembly (6) from the right side of the machine. 6. Remove handrail assemblies (7) and (8) from the operator's platform. 7. Fasten a hoist and remove operator's platform (9) from the machine. The weight is 280 lb. (126 kg). 8. Install tool (A) and fasten a hoist as shown. Remove enclosure assembly (10) from the side of the hydraulic tank. The weight is 210 lb. (94.5 kg). 9. Remove the bolts that hold clamps (12) to the hydraulic tank. Loosen the flange assemblies that hold hose assemblies (13) and (14) to the tube assemblies.10. Remove the three bolts that hold the steering control valve (15) to the side of the hydraulic tank. Remove sending unit (11) from the side of the hydraulic tank. 11. Disconnect tube assemblies (16) and (17) and move the tubes clear of the hydraulic tank.12. Disconnect wires (18) and (19). 13. Put identification on the oil lines for correct installation. Disconnect six hose assemblies (20) and two tube assemblies (21).14. Loosen the flange assemblies for the tube assemblies and move the tube assemblies clear of the hydraulic tank.15. Remove tube assembly (22) from the reducing valve and pilot relief valve. 16. Disconnect hose assembly (30) from the reducing valve. Remove tube assemblies (27) and (28). Disconnect the wires from the steering filter, case drain filter and pilot filter.17. Remove steering filter (23), case drain filter (24), pilot filter (25), pilot relief valve (26) and reducing valve (29) from the hydraulic tank. 18. Disconnect wire (33), three tube assemblies (34) and five hose assemblies (31) from the hydraulic tank.19. Remove manifold assembly (32). 20. Install tooling (B) and fasten a hoist to hydraulic tank (35).
