2. Fasten a hoist to the cab door as shown. Remove fifteen bolts (4) from the door hinges. Remove cab door (3). The weight of the cab door is 81 lb. (37 kg).3. Remove striker (5) from cab.INSTALL CAB DOOR AND STRIKER
1. Put cab door (1) in position on the cab. Install the fifteen bolts that hold it. 2. Install striker (3).3. If necessary, loosen bolts (2) and make an adjustment to the striker for the correct latch contact.DISASSEMBLE CAB DOOR
Cab door was removed from the cab for better photo illustration.1. Remove eight screws (1). Remove pocket assembly (2) and panel from the door as a unit. 2. Remove eight bolts (3) from the back panel (4). Remove the pocket assembly from the panel.3. Use a screwdriver to remove clips (6). Pull rods (5) clear of handle assembly.4. Remove nut and washer (7). Remove handle assembly (8) from the door.5. Remove four bolts (9). Remove latch assembly (12) and rod. Remove rod from latch.6. Remove two screws (10). Remove handle (11) and rod. Remove rod from latch.7. Remove rubber seal (13) from around the window.8. Remove twenty screws (14) that hold the window assembly in the door.9. Remove window assembly (15) from the door. 10. Remove rubber seal (16) from the inside edge of the door.ASSEMBLE CAB DOOR
1. Install rubber seal (1) on inside edge of the door. 2. Put window assembly (2) in position in the door. Install twenty screws that hold it. Install the rubber seal around the window assembly on the inside of the door.3. Put handle assembly (3) in position. Install the washer and nut that hold it.4. Install the rod on the latch assembly. Install latch assembly (4) on door. 5. Install rod (5) on the handle assembly.6. Install the rod on the handle. Install handle (6) on the door.7. Install rod (7) on the handle assembly.8. Put pocket assembly (8) in position on the panel. Install the eight bolts that hold it from the back of the panel.9. Put panel (9) in position on the door. Install the eight screws that hold it.
