Graphs of the Information from the Datalogger (2) Cursor.The location of cursor (2) determines the pressures that are shown on the graphs. The first graph is for the system air pressure. The system air pressure at the location of the cursor is 777 kPa (112 psi). Because the system is energized, the system air pressure has decreased slightly. The second graph is for the status of the electric solenoid air valve. The location of cursor (2) indicates that the electric solenoid air valve is energized. The third graph is for the pressure of the lubricant. The pressure of the lubricant at the location of the cursor is 16688 kPa (2420 psi). The pressure of the lubricant exceeded 27500 kPa (4000 psi). The VIMS will display a warning category 3. "AUTO LUBE PRES HI CALL SHOP" will be displayed on the message center module for the VIMS. In order to display the actual pressure of the lubricant, the operator must press the "F1" key.Probable Cause
The unloader valve may not be functioning properly.Warning 2
"AUTO LUBE LO CALL SHOP"
The pressure of the lubricant did not reach 15800 kPa (2300 psi) for two seconds during the cycle of the automatic lubrication system. The VIMS will display a warning category 3. "AUTO LUBE LO CALL SHOP" will be displayed on the message center module for the VIMS. In order to display the actual pressure of the lubricant, the operator must press the "F1" key.The automatic lubrication system is not operating properly. The lubricant in the lines is not reaching the proper pressure.Probable Cause
The lubricant tank is empty.
A lubrication line is broken.
The lubrication pump is malfunctioning.Warning 3
"AUTO LUBE PRES ERR CALL SHOP"
The pressure of the lubricant did not decrease to less than 3447 kPa (500 psi) within 300 seconds after the cycle of the automatic lubrication system. The VIMS will display a warning category 3. "AUTO LUBE PRES ERR CALL SHOP" will be displayed on the message center module for the VIMS. In order to display the actual pressure of the lubricant, the operator must press the "F1" key.Probable Cause
The vent valve may not be functioning properly.Warning 4
"AUTO LUBE ERR CALL SHOP"
