Remove bolts (1). Remove clips (2).

Remove bolt (4). Loosen bolt (5). Rotate elbow (3) out of the way. Remove the gasket from elbow (3).

Remove bolts (6). Remove bracket (7).

Remove tube assembly (8).

Remove bolts (9). Loosen hose clamp (12). Disconnect hose (13). Remove water temperature regulator housing (10) and the gasket. Remove the O-ring seal from tube assembly (11).

Disconnect harness assembly (14). Remove tube assembly (15).

Remove bolt (17) and remove clip (18).

Remove bolts (19). Remove bracket (20).

Disconnect harness assembly (21). Remove nut (22) and the washer. Position bracket (23) and the dipstick tube out of the way. Cut and remove cable straps (24).

Disconnect harness assembly (25). Remove tube assembly (26).

Remove bolts (27) and bolts (28).

Attach a suitable lifting device onto cylinder head (29). The weight of cylinder head (29) is approximately 118 kg (261 lb). Remove cylinder head (29) and the gasket from the cylinder block.
