2. Disconnect lines (2) and (4) from pressure reducing valve (1).3. Remove the two nuts and bolts (3), and remove pressure reducing valve (1) from the hydraulic pallet. 4. Remove plug (17), ball (13), end (12), spring (10), end (9) and ball (8) from valve body (5).5. Loosen nut (15), and remove screw (16) and washer (14) from plug (17).6. Remove O-ring seal (11) from plug (17).7. Remove spool (7) and spring (6) from valve body (5). The following steps are for installation of the pressure reducing valve.8. Install spring (6) and spool (7) in valve body (5).9. Install O-ring seal (11) on plug (17).10. Install screw (16) and washer (14) in plug (17), and tighten nut (15).11. Install ball (8), end (9), spring (10), end (12), ball (13) and plug (17) in valve body (5).12. Put pressure reducing valve (1) in position on the hydraulic pallet, and install the two nuts and bolts (3) that hold it in place.13. Connect lines (2) and (4) to pressure reducing valve (1).14. Fill the hydraulic tank with oil to the correct level. See the Maintenance Manual.15. Adjust the regulated pressure to 2800 200 kPa (405 29 psi).
