Make sure all of the pressure in the system has been released before disconnecting any air lines.
3. Disconnect tube assemblies (1), (3) and (5) and hose assembly (2) from the air compressor.4. Remove tube assembly (4) from the air compressor.5. Disconnect tube assembly (8) and two hose assemblies (9).6. Remove four nuts (6) and air compressor (7) from the engine.7. Remove the gasket from the air compressor. The following steps are for installation of the air compressor.8. Put the gasket and air compressor (7) in position on the front of the engine, and install four nuts (6).9. Connect tube assembly (8) and two hose assemblies (9).10. Install tube assembly (4).11. Connect hose assembly (2) and tube assemblies (1), (3) and (5) to the air compressor.12. Fill the cooling system with coolant to the correct level. See the Maintenance Manual.
