Release the hydraulic system pressure.
Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.
Refer to Operations and Maintenance Manual, "Pump Coupling Oil - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

Remove bolts (2) and reposition valve assembly (1).

Remove handle assembly (3).
Disconnect harness assembly (4). Remove bolts (5) and reposition water separator and fuel priming pump (6).

Disconnect hose assemblies (7), (8), (9), and (10).

Disconnect harness assembly (12). Cut cable straps (13). Disconnect clips (14) and reposition harness assembly (12) from the main hydraulic pump.
Disconnect hose assemblies (11).

Disconnect hose assemblies (16), (17), and (18).
Disconnect bracket (22).
Remove bolts (21).
Remove bolts (19) and remove hose assembly (16), hose assembly (17), and support assembly (20) as a unit.

Remove sheet assembly (24) and (25).

Remove two bolts (30).
Remove bolts (26) and plate assembly (27).
Remove bolts (29) and plate assembly (28).

A typical example.
Attach Tooling (A) to the main hydraulic pump (34). The weight of main hydraulic pump (34) is approximately 240 kg (530 lb). Remove bolts (35) and main hydraulic pump (34).Installation Procedure
Install main hydraulic pump (34) in the reverse order.
Apply Tooling (B) to the threads of bolts (26), (29), and (30).
