Remove ice, snow or other slippery material from shipping machine and loading dock, before loading the machine.
Always block the trailer or rail car wheels before loading the machine. Move the transmission control lever to NEUTRAL. Engage the parking brake.Engage the transmission neutral lock.Stop the engine.Turn the disconnect switch key to OFF and remove the key.Install tie-downs at several locations, and block tracks, front and rear.Check all highway and local laws governing weight, width and length or load.Contact your Caterpillar dealer for shipping instructions for your machine.
