Slide the boom swing cylinder (25) into the machine from the front opening.
Align the bore of the swing cylinder (25) on the head end with the holes in the mounting bracket. You can see the mounting bracket by looking under the upper assembly.
Apply a thin coat of 1P-0808 Multipurpose Grease to pin (28) .
Install pin (28) .
Secure the pin to the mounting bracket with a bolt (26) and a washer (27) .

Apply a thin coat of 1P-0808 Multipurpose Grease to pin (24) .
Attach the boom swing cylinder to the swing frame with pin (24).
Secure the pin (24) to the swing frame with the bolt (22) and washer (23) .

Connect the hydraulic lines (20) and (21) to the boom swing cylinder.

Install floorplate (18). Secure the floorplate to the machine with six bolts (19) and washers.

Connect the left side control linkage (17) to the left side foot pedal.

Connect the right side control linkage (16) to the right side travel control.

Install the floorplate (14). Secure the floorplate to the machine with five bolts (15) and washers.

Attach the knobs (13) to the control levers by tightening nuts (12) .

If your machine is equipped with foot pedals for travel operation, attach the pedals (9) with two bolts (10) and two washers (11) .

Connect the high speed travel switch (8) to the machine's harness.

Install the main floorplate with six bolts (6) and six washers (7) .

Attach the wire connections (5) to the floorplate with a strap (4) .
