1 4 5M-1719 Taperlock Stud Torque to 35 5 N m (26 4 lb ft).
2 4 168-7800 Locknut Before assembly, clean the stud, the locknut, and the locknut/base assembly interface area.
Use the following procedure to tighten the locknut:
1. Tighten the two diagonal locknuts to 25 6 N m (221 53 lb in).
2. Tighten the remaining locknuts to 25 6 N m (221 53 lb in).
3. Retighten all the four locknuts to 47 9 N m (35 7 lb ft).
