Installation Procedure

Lubricate O-ring (13) and install implement pump (10) with coupling (11) on pump drive (12). Rotate implement pump (10) in order to align splines on coupling (11) to pump drive (12) .

Install the implement pump (10) onto the pump drive (12) until the pump is seated. Install two bolts and washers (9). Tighten bolts to a torque of 110 N m (81.0 lb ft).

Lubricate O-ring (8) and install tube (6) on cover (7) .

Install tube (6) and bolt (5). Tighten bolt (5) to torque of 95 10 N m (70.0 7.0 lb ft).

Install two tube assemblies and three hoses (4) .

Install hose assembly (2) on steering motor (3) and install four bolts (1) and the washers.Note: Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Lubricant Viscosities and Refill Capacities" for the proper filling procedure and the proper levels for the hydraulic system and the cooling system., End By:
Install the covers. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Covers - Remove and Install".
Install the undercarriage (right side). Refer to the Service ManualSENR8303"Disassemble And Assemble" for the installation of the undercarriage (right side).
