(1) Arbor (2) Guide (3) Depth Gauge (4) Hose Cutoff Support GroupThe 226-7150 Hose Kit provides tools that help the technician measure, mark, cut, check the cut and skive hydraulic hose in preparation for installing reusable couplings. The hose kit includes the following components:
Eight arbors
Eight guides
One depth gauge
One pen marking kit
One hose cutoff support group
One skive length chartArbors

The arbor quickly verifies whether the cut is square. A built-in setscrew is preset at the factory to a specific tolerance. The technician simply rotates the gauge. If the setscrew touches the hose all the way around, the cut is within tolerance.
The multipurpose design allows skiving without crushing the hose. This eliminates removing the square gauge and then inserting an arbor.
The one piece design reduces the preparation time for the hose ends.
The arbors are made from steel, and the arbors have a zinc chromate finish. The color coding matches the identification colors.Depth Gauge

The technician uses the depth gauge to measure the length for skiving the hose. A reference chart of lengths for skiving the hose is included with the depth gauge.Pen Marking KitThe pen marking kit includes two gold pens and one silver pen. The guides help the skiving tool group achieve precise skiving. The guides are manufactured from heavy duty steel for maximum durability. The guides must be used with the 7S-1126 Skiving Tool Gp and the 127-1909 Skiving Tool Vise As .Hose Cutoff Support GroupThe hose cutoff support group helps ensure that the ends of hose are cut square for assembly purposes. The hose cutoff support group is used with the 6V-60159U-7319 9U-7320 Hose Cutting Machine Gp .The brackets can be bolted to the hose cutoff saw, or the brackets can be welded to the hose cutoff saw. The angle iron channels are then bolted to the brackets.
