1. Remove two bolts (2) from bar (4).2. Disconnect oil lines (1) and (3) from the swivel group. Put identification on all oil lines and hoses. Put caps or plugs on the lines and hoses to keep out foreign material. 3. Disconnect hoses (6) and (7) from each side of the swivel group.4. Disconnect oil drain line (8) and pilot oil line (5) for the parking brake.5. Put a floor jack in position under the swivel group. 6. Remove eight bolts (9) that hold swivel group to the frame.7. Lower swivel group (10) and remove it from under the machine. Weight of the swivel group is 150 lb. (68 kg).Install Swivel Group
1. Put swivel group (3) in position on the frame with a floor jack. Install the eight bolts (2) that hold it.2. Connect oil drain line (4) and pilot oil line (1) for the parking brake to the swivel group. 3. Connect hydraulic hoses (5) and (6) to each side of the swivel group. 4. Connect hoses (7) and (9) to each side of the swivel group. Connect lines (8) to top of swivel group.5. Install two bolts in bar (10).Disassemble Swivel Group
start by:a) remove swivel group 1. Remove eight bolts (2), then remove manifold (1). Remove O-ring seal from under manifold. Make a replacement if necessary. 2. Remove three screws (3) and remove retainer (4). 3. Put swivel group in position on a press and remove rotor (5). 4. Remove seven outer seals (6) and seven inner seals if they are damaged. 5. Remove seal (8) and washer (7) from the rotor.Assemble Swivel Group
1. Install washer (2) and seal (1) on the rotor. 2. Install seven inner seals and seven outer seals (3) if they were removed at disassembly. 3. Install rotor (4) in swivel housing with a press. 4. Install retainer (5) on rotor with the three screws that hold it. 5. Install a new O-ring seal (7) on manifold. Install manifold (6) on swivel housing with the eight bolts that hold it.end by:a) install swivel group
