Remove 2 8T4138 bolts and 2 9X8256 washers andset aside for use when reassembling the controller and shield group.
Remove surface contaminates such as paint, oxidefilms, oil, dust, mold release agents and all other surface contaminatesfrom the LED indicators.
Use gloves to minimize skin contact. DO NOT usesolvents for cleaning hands.
To use simply insert the cartridge into the 143-9510Applicator and start the plunger into the cylinders using light pressureon the trigger. Next, remove the cartridge cap and expel a small amountof adhesive to be sure both sides are flowing evenly and freely. Then attachthe 143-9509 Nozzle Mixer to the end of the cartridge and begin dispensingthe adhesive.
Position the module at an angle so the LED indicatorsare horizontal to the table in order to prevent adhesive runoff.
Carefully squeeze the trigger for the 143-9510Applicator and apply the epoxy to cover completely the area on indicatorlights.
Allow the epoxy to set-up for at least 30 minutes(until the epoxy surface is not tacky).
Slide controller into box assemble and remountcontroller and box assembly using original 8T4138 bolts and 9X8256 washers.Torque 8T4138 bolts to 12+/-3Nm (9 +/- 2 lbft).
Install 267-8702 Guard-Lexan over studs and install2 9X8256 washers and 2 5C2890 nuts. Torque 5C2890 nuts to 12+/-3Nm (9 +/-2lbft).
Ensure the harness isn?t rubbing on the box assembly.Tie strap the harness as needed
Repeat the above procedure for the remaining twocontrollers.
