At operating temperature, the hydraulic tank is hot and under pressure.Hot oil and components can cause personal injury. Do not allow hot oil or components to contact skin.Remove the filler cap only when the engine is stopped, and the filler cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand. Remove the filler cap slowly in order to relieve pressure.

(1) Breaker relief valve

The hydraulic tank is located on the right side of the machine. Press the button on breaker relief valve (1) next to the filler cap (2) in order to relieve any tank pressure. Open the filler cap by turning the cap counterclockwise.

The filter element is located outside of the operator station on the right side of the machine.

(4) Filter element
Remove the filter element (4). Properly discard the filter element.
Install a new filter element. Lubricate the seal with hydraulic oil.
Maintain the hydraulic oil to the "FULL" mark in the sight gauge (3).
Install hydraulic tank filler cap (2).
