Installation Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Note: Inspect the O-ring seals, the seals, and the gaskets. Replace the O-ring seals, the seals, and the gaskets that are worn or damaged.Note: Lubricate the O-ring seals lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.

Use a suitable lifting device in order to install oil cooler (9). The weight of oil cooler (9) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb).
Install bolts (11). Tighten bolts (10). Repeat this step for the opposite end of the oil cooler.

Install elbow (8) and a new gasket. Connect hose (7). Install bolts (6). Repeat this step for the opposite end of the oil cooler.

Position diverter valve (5). Install bolts (4) and bolts (3).

Connect hose assemblies (2).

Install tube assembly (1).
Refill the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hoist, Torque Converter, Brake Tank Oil - Change".
Refill the engine coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change". End By:
Disconnect the retaining cable. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Truck Body Retaining Cable - Remove and Install".
Remove the wheel chocks. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Wheel Chock (Front and Rear) - Remove and Install".
Charge the air system. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Air Tank - Purge/Charge".
