Open door assembly (1) on the right side.

Remove bolt (3). Remove bushing (4). Remove pin assembly (2) .

Disconnect hose assemblies (8). Remove cotter pin (5), bolt (9), and bushing (10). Remove pin assembly (6). The weight of articulation cylinder (7) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb). Use two people in order to remove articulation cylinder (7) .

Use Tooling (C) in order to remove seal assemblies (11) .

Use Tooling (B) in order to remove bearing (12). Repeat the process for the other side.Installation Procedure

Use Tooling (B) in order to install bearing (12). Repeat the process for the other side.

Use Tooling (D) in order to install seal assemblies (11) .

Use two people in order to Install articulation cylinder (7). The weight of articulation cylinder (7) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb). Install pin assembly (6). Install bushing (10), bolt (9), and cotter pin (5). Connect hose assemblies (19) .

Remove Tooling (A) .
Turn the battery disconnect switch to the ON position. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Battery Disconnect Switch".
