Start By:a. remove radiator and radiator support 1. Remove six bolts (1) and remove damper (2) from the hub. 2. Remove air conditioner V-Belt (3). Loosen bolt (4), but do not remove it. 3. Use tooling (A) to loosen the hub, then remove tooling (A). Remove bolt (4), and remove hub (5).4. To install the vibration damper and pulley, position hub (5) and install bolt (4).5. Tighten bolt (4) to a torque of 307 25 N m (230 20 lb.ft.). Tap the head of the bolt with a hammer and then repeat the torque again. The washer must be installed with the maximum flat area next to the hub.6. Install air conditioner V-Belt (3) and adjust the belt tension.
