1. Install Tool (A) and a hoist as shown.2. Remove four bolts (1) from the hood.3. Remove bolt and retainer (3) from the lower guard assembly and remove door assembly (2). The weight of the door assembly is 23 kg (53 lb).4. Repeat steps 1, 2, and 3 for the opposite side door assembly. 5. Loosen clamp (7) and remove precleaner screen (4).6. Loosen clamp (6) and remove exhaust tube (5). 7. Remove bolt (9) and bracket (10) from the hood assembly.8. Remove two bolts (11) and hood mounting plates (8) from the hood assembly. Repeat for the opposite side of the hood assembly. 9. Remove clamp (12) from the muffler assembly.10. Loosen clamp (14) that connects rubber boot to the air cleaner assembly.11. Remove rear hood mounting bolt (13). 12. Install Tool (B) and a hoist as shown.13. Remove hood assembly (15). The weight of the hood assembly is 150 kg (330 lb). Install in the reverse order.
