If the problem is observed in the listed 300A Family Excavators, the following steps can be taken: 1. If the auxiliary tool is used with one-pump flow, install a 4I-7836 Valve Group (Shockless) at the bottom of the auxiliary valve stem. The valve group should first be modified by replacing the plunger with a 099-6647 Plunger which has a 0.9 mm (.04 in) diameter orifice. 2. If the auxiliary tool is used with two-pump flow, install 4I-7836 Valve Groups (Shockless) at the bottom of the auxiliary valve stem and at the bottom of the BOOM II stem. The valve groups should first be modified by replacing the plunger with a 099-6647 Plunger which has a 0.9 mm (.04 in) diameter orifice.
