Installation Instructions for the M322C
Perform the following steps in order to install the combined function valve:
Release the hydraulic pressure from the system. Refer to the Testing and Adjusting manual for the proper procedure.

Use bolts (2) to install combination valve (1) .
Use connector assemblies (3) to install hose assembly (4) between the combined function valve and the pilot manifold. Tighten the hose assembly to 24 + 3 N m (17.7 + 2.2 lb ft).

Use connector assemblies (3) to install hose assembly (8). Tighten the hose assembly to 24 + 3 N m (17.7 + 2.2 lb ft).
Install tee assembly (7), connector assembly (3) and hose assembly (6). Tighten the hose assembly to 24 + 3 N m (17.7 + 2.2 lb ft).

Use bolts (30) and washers (31) to install plate (32) and hydraulic pedal control group (34) .
Use connector assemblies (3) to install hose assemblies (29). Tighten the hose assembly to 24 + 3 N m (17.7 + 2.2 lb ft).
Install connector assemblies (3) into combined function valve (1) .
Install tee groups (26) and fittings (28) into connector assembly (3) .
Install pressure switches (27) into fittings (28) .
Install elbow groups (25) into tee groups (26) .
Use connector assemblies (3) to install hose assemblies (33) between hydraulic pedal control group (34) and elbow groups (25). Tighten the hose assembly to 24 + 3 N m (17.7 + 2.2 lb ft).
Use bolts (13), washers (14), O-rings (9) and (15), and flanges (16) to install hose assembly (10) .
Use bolts (20) and O-ring (19) to install flange (21) .
Use tee group (24) and connector assembly (3) to install tube assembly (22) .
Use bolts (20), O-ring (19), flanges (23), clamp (17), and nut (18) to install tube assembly (12) .
Install O-ring (11) and cap (5) on the end of tube assembly (12) .

Install work tool wiring group (35) .
Connect the purple/blue wire plug to the main control valve pressure solenoid at Location (D) .
Connect the orange/brown wire plug to the pressure switch at Location (F) .
Connect the green/brown wire plug to the pressure switch at Location (F) .
Connect the gray/purple wire plug to the main control valve directional solenoid at Location (E) .
Connect the blue/blue wire plug to the main control valve oil flow solenoid at Location (G) .
Connect the receptacle to the electronic harness.

Install film (36) .
Locate the film on top of the control film on the right hand cab window.
Align the film inside the lower marked corners.Machine Setup
Connect the electronic technician to the machine.
Choose machine control when the electronic technician connects.

Choose "Configuration" from the "Service" drop-down menu.

Change the value in the "Multi-Function Aux Hydraulic System Install Status" line to Installed.
