Install breather (1) on the tank.
Install O-rings (22) and sight gauges (2) in the tank.Torque ... 40 5 N m (30 4 lb ft)
Install cap (8) and film (16) .
Install films (18) to the top and to the side of the tank.
Install O-ring (14) and plug (27) .
Install elbow (13) and O-ring (14) .
Install O-ring (20) and oil level sensor (4) .
Install tank (6) into the enclosure.
Install washers (24) and bolts (9) in order to secure the tank in the enclosure.
Install washer (25) and bolt (26) in order to secure the tank in the enclosure.
Install O-ring (11) and connector (10) in port D of the oil metering valve. Refer to Illustration 10.
Install the hose assembly (5), O-ring (12), and O-ring (15) from tank (6) to the oil metering valve.
Install two clips (17) on hose assembly (5) and connect the clips with spacers (3), washers (25), and bolts (23) .
Install clip (17) on hose assembly (5) with the existing fasteners from the air conditioner lines group.
Install harness assembly (7) for the oil level sensor.
Connect harness assembly (7) to oil level sensor (4). Secure the connection to the base of the enclosure assembly by using cable strap (21) .
Route the harness assembly under the enclosure assembly.
Route the harness assembly under the bottom of the rear platform to the implement ECM.

Connection of the harness assembly at J1 of the implement ECM
At the implement ECM, connect the following wires from harness assembly (7) for the oil level sensor.
Connect wire G865-BU into J1/P13 of the implement ECM.
Connect wire C989-PU into J1/P22 of the implement ECM.
Remove existing wire J764-BR of the existing machine harness from J1/P9 on the implement ECM with 151-6320 Wire Removal Tool .
Install the existing wire J764-BR of the existing machine harness into P1 of 155-2269 Connector Plug on harness assembly (7) .
Connect 155-2269 Connector Plug to 3E-3364 Receptacle Assembly on harness assembly (7) .
Connect wire J764-BR from harness assembly (7) into J1/P9 of the implement ECM.
Secure harness assembly (7) to the bottom of the rear platform by using straps (21), washers (24), clips (28), and bolts (29) .
Add 38 L (10 US gal) of 5P-2586 Oil to tank assembly (6) .Required Software
