Remove & Install Gas Pressure Regulator Assembly
1. Shut off the main gas line feed.2. Disconnect one tube assembly (1).3. Remove one lock nut and clamp (2).4. Remove four bolts (3), washer and nut and remove gas pressure regulator assembly (4). The following steps are for the installation the gas pressure regulator assembly.5. Put the gas pressure regulator assembly (4) in position with four bolts (3), washer and nut.6. Install clamp (2) and one lock nut. Tighten the clamp to a torque of 11.5 1 N m (9 1 lb ft).7. Connect tube assembly (1).Disassemble & Assemble Gas Pressure Regulator
Start By:a. remove gas pressure regulator 1. Remove the bolts and fitting (1). 2. Remove O-ring seal (2) and orifice (3). 3. Remove the bolts holding the regulator together.4. Remove cover assembly (4), seat (5), spring (6), seat (7) and diaphragm assembly (8) from the regulator body (9). 5. Remove the two screws, the pin, lever (10), stem assembly (11) and holder assembly (12). 6. Remove bolt (13), two heads (14), the head gasket and the pusher post from diaphragm (15). 7. Remove cap (16) and the gasket from cover assembly (4). 8. Remove screw (17). The following steps are for the assembly of the gas pressure regulator.9. Install screw (17).10. Install cap (16) and the gasket in cover assembly (4).11. Install pusher post and the head gasket and two heads (14). Install bolt (13).12. Install holder assembly (12) and stem assembly (11), lever (10), the pin and the two screws.13. Install diaphragm assembly (8), seat (7), spring (6), seat (5) and cover assembly (4) in the regulator body (9).14. Install the bolts holding the regulator together.15. Install orifice (3) and O-ring seal (2).16. Install fitting (1) and the bolts.End By:a. install gas pressure regulator
