(E) Steering pilot supplyThe Manifold Valve houses the pressure relief valves that regulate the pressure and supply of hydraulic oil to numerous systems. Hydraulic oil flow enters the manifold valve after going through filter (1). Oil flows two different directions after entering the manifold valve: The first route of oil flow is to the brake charging system. See Systems Operation Brake System, "Relief Valve (Brake)" for more information regarding the braking system relief valve. Second, oil flows to the pressure reducing valve (pilot oil) which regulates the pilot pressure for the steering and implement systems.
