Attach a suitable lifting device to fender (4).
Remove fender (4).

Raise the machine with Tooling (B) and install Tooling (C).
Use Tooling (B) in order to lower the machine onto Tooling (C).

Attach a suitable lifting device to tire and rim (6).
Remove bolts (7) in order to remove tire and rim (6). The weight of the tire and rim is approximately 209 kg (460 lb). Installation Procedure

Use a suitable lifting device in order to install tire and rim (6). The weight of the tire and rim is approximately 209 kg (460 lb).
Install bolts (7) to tire and rim (6). Tighten bolts (7) to a torque of 300 40 N m (220 30 lb ft). Then turn bolts (7) by an additional 60 5 degrees.

Use Tooling (B) in order to raise the machine off Tooling (C).
Remove Tooling (C).
Use Tooling (B) in order to lower the machine to the ground.

Use a suitable lifting device in order to install fender (4). Note: Use Tooling (A) as a guide for installing fender (4).

Install bolts (5) to fender (4).
