Determine which cylinder or cylinders are wornand replace the cylinder packs. This should be done in chassis when oneto four cylinders are found worn. When more than four worn cylinders arefound the repair can be made out of chassis, but it is not required. Theair system on the truck must be double clamped. Refer to the Disassemblyand Assembly manual (SENR1126) for the correct procedures to complete therepair.***** Parts Stock *****Remove all 1445694 from parts stock. Cylinder packs 0R4445 and 0R9007 dated060103HL (DDMMYYPlant Format) will have the new 2291631 Piston top ring.Cylinder packs dated 050103HL or earlier should be checked and the 1445694top ring should be replaced with the 2291631 Piston top ring.***** Affected Product *****SERVICE CLAIM ALLOWANCES
