Every page of Caterpillar Service Literature is carefully checked to make sure of its accuracy. But even with these checks, some errors are made. Caterpillar can correct these errors more quickly and more easily if users of Parts Books, Service Manuals and all other Service Literature make a report when an error is found.
An easy-to-use form is available to report these errors. The form, "Service Publications Information Feedback System," can be ordered on a Miscellaneous Material Order. Form No. 01-83783-02 is used for dealers in the United States. Form No. 01-84407-02 is used for all dealers outside the U.S.
This form makes it easy to fill in the name of the publication and the location and type of error. If the dealer needs a reply, he can fill in his return address in the available space on the form. The dealer then sends the "Service Publications Information Feedback System" card to Caterpillar. The return address is on the back of the card.
