Before assembly, lubricate threads using anti-seize thread compound.
1 4 123-6979 V Band Clamp Use the following procedure to tighten the clamp assembly:
1. Tighten to 9.5 1.0 N m (84.0 8.9 lb in).
2. Gently tap around the clamp assembly.
3. Again torque to 9.5 1.0 N m (84.0 8.9 lb in)
2 4 465-2687 Turbocharger Gp Tighten to 39.6 2.8 N m (29.2 2.0 lb ft).
3 12 5P-7128 High Temperature Bolt Tighten to 54 5 N m (40 4 lb ft).
4 4 2N-2765 High Temperature Bolt Tighten to 54 5 N m (40 4 lb ft).
