Right auger (1)
Grasp right auger conveyor (1) with your hands on the outer flight.
Rotate right auger conveyor (1) as much as possible in the clockwise direction. Note the position of the auger.
Rotate right auger conveyor (1) as much as possible in the counterclockwise direction. Note the position of the auger.
The auger should rotate a maximum of 19 mm (0.75 inch) when the rotation is measured at the tip of the auger. The auger should rotate a minimum of 12.7 mm (0.5 inch) when the rotation is measured at the tip of the auger. If right auger conveyor (1) rotates less than 12.7 mm (0.5 inch) or right auger conveyor (1) rotates more than 19 mm (0.75 inch), then the auger drive chain needs adjustment.

If adjustment is necessary, loosen two locknuts (3) and loosen four bolts (2) .
Turn adjusting bolt (4) in order to bring the auger drive chain within the specification. After adjustment is complete, tighten two locknuts (3) .
Tighten four bolts (2) .
Repeat Step 1 through Step 7 in order to adjust the auger drive chain on the left side of the machine.
