Connect the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
Remove the roading fenders. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Roading Fender - Remove and Install".

Position Tooling (A) under the machine, as shown.
Use Tooling (A) in order to raise the rear of the machine so that the rear tires are off the ground.

Install suitable blocking (1) between the axle and the frame in order to prevent the axle from oscillating during the removal of the tire and rim. Repeat this Step for the other side of the machine.

Attach a suitable lifting device to rear tire and rim (2) . The weight of rear tire and rim (2) is approximately 680 kg (1500 lb).
Remove bolts (3) and rear tire and rim (2) .
Repeat Steps 4 and 5 for the other rear tire and rim.Installation Procedure

Attach a suitable lifting device to rear tire and rim (2) . Use the suitable lifting device to position rear tire and rim (2) . The weight of rear tire and rim (2) is approximately 680 kg (1500 lb). Repeat this Step for the other rear tire and rim.
Install bolts (3) . Tighten bolts (3) to a torque of 570 80 N m (420 59 lb ft). Then turn bolts (12) by an additional 60 5 degrees.
Repeat Steps 1 and 2 for the other rear tire and rim.

Remove blocking (1) between the axle and the frame. Repeat this Step for the other side of the machine.

Use Tooling (A) to lower the rear of the machine to the ground.
Remove Tooling (A) .End By:
Install the roading fenders. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Roading Fender - Remove and Install".
Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
