Connect Tool (C) to Tool (B).Test Preparation
Drive the machine to a smooth, horizontal surface.

Move propel lever (1) to the NEUTRAL position.
Move parking brake switch (2) to the ON position.
Move throttle switch (3) into the LOW-IDLE position.
If necessary, move ECO mode switch (4) into the OFF position.

If the machine is equipped with a leveling blade, use blade control pedal (5) to lower the blade to the ground.

After the engine has operated at low idle for 5 minutes, move engine start switch (6) to the OFF position.

Remove the cap, and connect Tool (A2) to pressure tap (7).Test Procedure
Move engine start switch (6) into the START position. Release the switch when the engine starts.
Operate the engine at low idle for a few minutes. Move throttle switch (3) into the HIGH-IDLE position.

Monitor the hydraulic oil temperature on display (8). Operate the machine until the oil temperature reaches the minimum test temperature given in the Specifications section.
Move blade control pedal (5) into the LIFT position.
Record the pressure on Tool (A1) when the blade cylinder is retracted fully. The pressure should be within the range given in the Specifications section.
Use blade control pedal (5) to lower the blade to the ground.
Move throttle switch (3) into the LOW-IDLE position.
Move engine start switch (6) to the OFF position.
If the blade relief pressure is outside the specified range, perform the "Adjustment Procedure". If the blade relief pressure is inside the specified range, go to Step 10.
Remove Tool (A2) from the blade cylinder.Adjustment Procedure

Loosen locknut (9) on the pressure differential valve. This valve is on the rear face of blade control valve (10).
Rotate adjustment screw (11) clockwise to increase the pressure differential. Rotate the adjustment screw counterclockwise to decrease the pressure differential.
Hold adjustment screw (11), and tighten locknut (9).
Perform the "Test Procedure".
