Drain the coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change" for the correct draining and filling procedures.

Remove harness assembly (1) from frame assembly (2) .

Remove coolant hose assembly (2).

Remove tube assembly (3). Remove brace (4) from both sides of the machine. Disconnect clamp (5) from the engine compartment shield.

Remove bracket (6) and seal (7) from the engine compartment shield.

Disconnect harness assembly (9).

Disconnect exhaust flange (10).

Disconnect filter bracket assembly (12) .

Remove bolts (13) and (14) from the corners of frame assembly (2) .

Attach Tooling (A) and Tooling (B) to a suitable lifting device in order to remove engine enclosure assembly (15). The weight of engine enclosure assembly (15) is approximately 490 kg (1080 lb).Note: Open all doors before removal to ensure that they are not latched to main frame.Installation Procedure
Install engine enclosure assembly (15) in the reverse order of removal.
