Quick Coupler - Lubricate
Note: Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Lubricant Viscosities" for more information on the types of grease to use. Refer to Special Publication, SEBU6250, "Caterpillar Machine Fluids Recommendations" for more information on grease.Note: Uncoupling the bucket or the work tool daily helps to prevent the coupler wedges from sticking.
Uncouple the bucket or the work tool in order to position the coupler so the fittings are accessible.
Wipe off the fittings before you lubricate the fittings.

Lubricate both wedge assemblies on the quick coupler. Apply lubricant to grease fittings (1) on the wedge assemblies. Pallet Fork - Lubricate
