Position suitable cribbing in the front and the rear of the track roller frame, as shown.
Drain the propulsion module. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Power Train Oil - Change" for the correct draining procedure.

Remove cable strap (1) . Disconnect ground strap (2) .

Disconnect hose assemblies (3) , (5) , and (6) . Remove steering motor (4) and repostion steering motor (4) .

Disconnect harness assemblies (7) and reposition harness assemblies (7) .

Remove clips (8) and reposition hose assemblies (9) .

Remove cover (10) . Repeat for opposite side.

Note: The axle will not come out all the way, but will fully disengage form the propulsion module.
Install Tooling (B) in order to disengage axle splines (11) . Repeat for opposite side.

Remove trunnion cap bolts (12) . Repeat for opposite side.

Install Tooling (C) to remove trunnion cap.

Remove rear propulsion module mount support bolts (13) .

Remove clamp (14) .

Remove sensor (15) . Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to propulsion module (16) . The weight of propulsion module (16) is approximately 1270 kg (2800 lb). Remove propulsion module (16) .

Note: Do not pry on the outer edge of mount the casting will break. Pry in the middle of the mount.
Remove adapter (17) and the O-ring seals.
