BSP - AP - OP = BP    
"BSP" is the absolute boost pressure.
"AP" is the atmospheric pressure.
"BP" is the gauge pressure for the boost.
"OP" is the boost offset pressure.    Refer to the following example.A mine is at 3200 m (10500 ft) and atmospheric pressure is 64.2 kPa (9.3 psi). The pressure from Table 5 at 1500 rpm is 330 kPa (47.9 psi). The boost offset from Table 6 is 23 kPa (3.3 psi) at 1500 rpm.
