Remove bolts (2) and plate (1).

Disconnect hose assemblies (3).
Remove bolt (6) and the washer. Remove pin assembly (5) and position cylinder (4) out of the way.

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to delimbing knife (7). The weight of delimbing knife (7) is approximately 136 kg (300 lb).

Remove bolt (8), the nut, and the washers. Remove pin assembly (9).
Remove delimbing knife (7).

Use Tooling (B) to install the bearing sleeve (11) into both ends of the delimbing knife .
Use Tooling (C) to install pin seal (10) into both ends of the delimbing knife.

Attach Tooling (A) to raise delimbing knife (7) into position. The weight of delimbing knife (7) is approximately 136 kg (300 lb).

Install pin assembly (9). Install bolt (8), the nut, and the washers.

Position cylinder (4). Install pin assembly (5). Install the washer and bolt (6).
Connect hose assemblies (3).
