Connect the steering frame lock.

Raise lift arms (1) and position Tooling (A) in order to support lift arms (1).
Release the hydraulic system pressure.
Retain the hydraulic tank oil.
Move the disconnect switch to the OFF position.

Remove plates (2) and panel (3).

Disconnect tube assemblies (4). Disconnect harness assemblies (5) from both sides of the auxiliary valve. Remove ladder clip (6). Remove bolts (7). Set tube assemblies (4) out of the way.

Disconnect hose assembly (8).

Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to auxiliary control valve (11). The weight of auxiliary control valve (11) is approximately 68 kg (150 lb).
Remove the three bolts (not shown) underneath auxiliary control valve (11). Remove auxiliary control valve (11). Installation Procedure
Install auxiliary control valve (11) in the reverse order of removal. Note: If auxiliary control valve (11) was disassembled and then assembled, the following steps must be performed after the installation procedure.
Refer to Testing and Adjusting, "Relief Valve Line - Test and Adjust" for the relief and check valves.
Refer to Testing and Adjusting, "Pressure Limiter (Auxiliary Valve) Check and Adjust" for the pressure limiter valve.
