4 093-0408 Shim Thickness is 1.0 mm (0.04 inch).
2 4 447-1716 Bolt Apply red Loctite 271 to the threads or may use Three Bond 2471 or 1305 to the threads.
Torque to 520 70 N m (384 52 lb ft). Removal Procedure

Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Fuel Tank Water and Sediment - Drain" for the proper draining and filling procedures.

Remove handrails (1) and (2).
Remove cover assembly (4). Use two people to remove cover assembly (3). The weight of cover assembly (3) is approximately 30 kg (66 lb).

Cut cable straps (5) and (7).
Disconnect harness assemblies (6).

Remove bolts (9) and panel assembly (10).

Disconnect hoses (11), (12), and (13).

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to fuel tank (14). The weight of fuel tank (14) is approximately 300 kg (661 lb).
Remove bolts (15) and fuel tank (14).Installation Procedure
Install fuel tank (14) in the reverse order of removal.
Apply Tooling (B) to the threads of bolts (15). Tighten bolts (15) to a torque of 520 70 N m (384 52 lb ft).
Apply Tooling (B) to the threads of bolts (9).
