1. Fasten straps to the lift cylinder, then fasten a hoist. Remove bolts (1) and cap from the cylinder rod.2. Move cylinder rod into cylinder to remove rod end from dozer blade. 3. Disconnect hoses (7) and (5) from the cylinder. Remove bolts (2), retainer (4) and pin (3).4. Remove lift cylinder (6). Weight of the cylinder is 120 lb. (54 kg).Install Lift Cylinder (825C, 826C)
1. Put lift cylinder (1) in position on machine as shown. Install the pin, retainer and two bolts that hold the cylinder in place.2. Move the cylinder rod out of the cylinder until it makes contact with the dozer blade. 3. Install shims (2), cap (3) and the bolts that hold the rod.
