Install Tooling (C) .
Remove the rotary group (14A) from the housing.

Remove Tooling (B).
Remove barrel (15) .

Remove spring (16) from barrel (15) .

Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury.To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.
Install spring (16) and correct shim thickness (17) into barrel (15) .

Install barrel (15). Install Tooling (B) in order to secure barrel (15) .

Note: Raise the temperature of the housing. Lower the temperature of the rotary group.
Install the rotary group (14A) into the housing.

Remove Tooling (B) .

Install cover (11) .
Use Tooling (A) in order to install retaining ring (10) .

Install control plate (4) in the original position.

Position port plate (2) in the original location.
Install bolts (1) .End By: Install the swing motor. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Swing Motor - Install".
