PRECLEANER GP 3336461 - Caterpillar

Clamp lift arm support bracket to lift cylinder piston rod before servicing engine area. Bracket is stored on loader arm crosstube.
1. Remove nuts (1) and washers that hold support bracket (3) to the crosstube.2. Remove support bracket (3) and "U" bolt (2). 3. Start the engine and lift the bucket until support bracket (3) can be put in position on the lift cylinder piston rod. Put support bracket (3) in place and install "U" bolt (2), washers and nuts (1).4. Slowly lower the bucket until the load is on the support bracket. The following steps are for removal.5. Lift the bucket until there is no load on support bracket (3).6. Remove nuts (1), washers, "U" bolt (2) and support bracket (3) from the lift cylinder piston rod.7. Lower the bucket.8. Put "U" bolt (2) in place on the crosstube.9. Put support bracket (3) in place on the crosstube and install washers and nuts (1).
