Replace the inner 6Y-6339 and outer 2190615/">219-0615 Seal Groups if either is leaking. The 2190615/">219-0615 HDDF seal will leak externally. The 6Y-6339 inner duo cone seal will leak into the axle, causing the axle to overfill.

A separate claim will need to be submitted for each wheel group with leaking 2190615/">219-0615 outer duo cone seals or 6Y-6339 inner duo cone seals. Document the wheel group on the machine that was repaired in the "Additional Comments" section of the warranty claim. For example left front, right front, left center, or right center.
This program will cover after failure resultant damage parts and required labor. Explain the resultant damage, additional parts and labor required in the claim story.
If there has been a previous 2190615/">219-0615 or 6Y-6339 repair, part age will apply. Retain documentation of the previous repair in the dealer's records for audit purposes, and specify repair date and machine hours in the " additional Comments" section of the warranty claim.

Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
Remove the tire and rim. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tire and Rim - Remove".
Remove the axle shaft. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Axle Shaft - Remove".
Remove the final drive. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Final Drive - Remove".
To disassemble the wheel group and remove the duo cone seal reference the Disassembly and Assembly,RENR5138-06, "Wheel and Duo-Cone Seals (Front and Center) - Remove".
