Removal Procedure
Bodily contact with electrical potential can cause bodily injury or death.To avoid the possibility of injury or death, ensure that the main power supply has been disconnected before performing any maintenance or removing any modules.
Turn the battery disconnect switch to the OFF position.

Remove bolts (1) and plate (2) .

Remove bolts (3) and plate (4) .

Cut cable strap (5) and disconnect cable assembly (6). Disconnect ground strap (7) .

Remove bolts (8) and covers (9) .

Disconnect harness assembly (10). Remove nuts (11) and electric starting motor (12) .Installation Procedure
Install electric starting motor (12) in the reverse order of removal.
