4. Remove the 297-5605 Hose and o-rings from the filter assembly. The hose and o-rings will not be reused. (Image 1.2.1)

5. Remove and retain the eight bolts and washers from the top of the filter assembly. Remove the filter assembly from the mounting bracket. (Image 1.3.1)

6. Remove the four bolts and washers that hold the 293-8255 Bracket Assembly to the frame. The bracket will not be reused. (Image 1.4.1)
7. Install the 366-9502 Bracket to the frame with the four existing bolts and washers. Tighten to a torque of 100 +/- 20 Nm (74 +/- 15 lb ft)
8. Remove the existing tee assembly and two swivel adapters that connect the two filter assemblies together.

9. Install a 128-7625 Tee to the left hand filter assembly with a 238-5082 O-Ring. Position as shown in Image 1.5.1. Tighten to a torque of 190 + 19/- 0 Nm (140 + 14/- 0 lb ft).

10. Install a 7I-8310 Adapter to the right hand filter assembly with a 3D-2824 O-Ring. Tighten to a torque of 190 + 19/- 0 Nm (140 + 14/- 0 lb ft). (Image 1.6.1)

11. Connect the 7I-8310 Adapter to the 128-7625 Tee with a 228-7092 O-Ring. Tighten to a torque of 144 + 15/- 0 Nm (106 + 11/- 0 lb ft). (Image 1.7.1)

12. Install a 6V-9854 Adapter to the 128-7625 Tee with a 228-7093 O-Ring. Tighten to a torque of 216 +22/-0 Nm (159 + 16/- 0 lb ft). (Image 1.8.1)
13. Install the filter assemblies to the 366-9502 Bracket Assembly with the existing hardware. Tighten to a torque of 55 +/- 10 Nm (41 +/- 7 lb ft). (Image 1.3.1)
14. Install a 366-9503 Hose Assembly to the 8T-6684 Elbow with a 5K-9090 O-Ring and to the 6V-9840 Tee with a 5K-9090 O-Ring. Tighten both ends of the hose assembly to a torque of 216 + 22/- 0 Nm (159 +16/- 0 lb ft).

15. Install the 369-3819 Hose to the 6V-9854 Adapter with a 228-7093 O-Ring. Tighten the fitting to a torque of 216 + 22/- 0 Nm (159 + 16/- 0 lb ft). (Image 1.9.1)
16. Install the 369-3819 Hose to the pump assembly with a 4J-0520 O-Ring and the existing bolts and flanges removed in Step 2. Tighten the bolts to a torque of 47 +/- 9 Nm (35 +/- 7 lb ft). (Image 1.9.1)

17. Remove the existing grommet from the 292-9759 Hose Assembly and install a 6V-7359 Grommet to the 292-9759 Hose Assembly. (Image 1.10.1)
18. Inspect the service brake oil filtration system for any leaks. Observe all hydraulic tank sight gauges in order to ensure that the system is refilled to the proper level. Add fluid as required in accordance with the Operation and Maintenance Manual refill capacities.
