Rework Procedure
Mark and remove the lines connected to the 192-0086 or 297-1209 Valve and cap.
Remove valve from the machine.
Locate port shown in below picture labeled ?C?.

1. Orientate the valve so that the ?C? port is vertical. Remove the orifice access plug.
2. The parts are spring loaded under the orificed seat. Use caution and loosen the orifice seat.
3. Remove the seat, ball, guide and spring.
4. Replace with the components from the 297-9016 Kit. Install spring, guide, ball and seat into place (as shown in exploded view picture).
5. In order to compress the assembly, tighten the plug to a torque of 4 +/- 1 Nm.
6. Reinstall orifice access plug and tighten to a torque of 34 +/- 3 Nm.

Reinstall the valve on to the machine.
Check the ride control functionality. Turn the system both on and off. Then power the bucket down onto the ground in order to lift the front tires off of the ground. Check to see if the machine drifts down. With the ride control off, the tires should stay elevated. With the ride control on, the front tires should drift back to the ground.
