PARTS DISPOSITION
Handle the parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling.
Rework Procedure
1) Remove 228-2758 Front Suspension Cylinder from machine and disassemble the cylinder. Refer to RENR3447 and RENR5140.
2) Remove the rod seals, head seals, and piston seals and replace with the same part numbers.
3) Remove the Wiper Seal, U-Cup Seal, and Buffer Seal Assembly and replace with the new hydrolysis-resistant components provided via direct-shipment.
4) Assemble the suspension cylinder. Install the suspension cylinder onto the machine. Refer to RENR5140 and RENR3447.
